| I purchased the lamp to use as a night stand light. I love it...I read in bed quite a bit and the lamp is perfect for that activity. Functional and beautiful as well. The pull chains are great and easy to reach. |

| The lamp shade arrived broken. It is definitely not made completely of glass. The piece that was broken seemed to be plastic or some other material. But not glass. The sections are connected with a black non smooth substance. One place where two sides met there was a gap between the pieces. The bottom was not a brown oak. It looked like it was stained an orange color. The seller offered to just mail another shade. But I didn't like the looks of it at all. Maybe they have changed the lamp since the description and picture were posted. So, the lamp was OK if you like the color and the way it was put together. The design was pretty. |

| It was well packed, arrived in superb condition. The quality and appearance was as advertised. I've seen similar lamps in retail furniture stores for considerably more money. I would buy from Lamps Plus again. |

These lamps are absolutely gorgeous! The pictures don't do them justice!
I've been looking for some Mission-style lamps to complete my new Mission-style bedroom suite. I looked around at the furniture stores, the major department stores, and the major home improvement stores and didn't find what I wanted.
These lamps are very well made. The shades are made of individual resin pieces that fit together very well. When lit from behind, the shades just glow beautifully in warm earth-tones.
The bases are very nice, too. They're well made and solid. I was very impressed. I especially like the open design. |

| Ordered 2 for end tables by couch. They are well constructed and quite attractive. The wood base is substantial but the open design keeps them from overwhelming the room. Stained glass shade is gorgeous -- colors are warm, design is clean. I love the pull chains -- easy to turn on and off, and you can turn on just one bulb or both. 2 -- 60W bulbs per lamp is plenty of light for the living room. The only problem we've experienced is that the bulbs are level with the bottom edge of the shade so if the lamp is higher than your seating area next to it, the bulbs shine directly into your eyes. The bottom edge of the shade is 17 1/2 inches above the table top if you want to measure before you buy. |
